I. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Vitara, LLC collects and uses personal data about you through our website and through email, text, and other electronic communications. The terms "we", "us", "our" and "Vitara" refer to Vitara, LLC, located in Knoxville, TN.

Vitara respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through compliance with this policy. This policy explains the kinds of information we and our affiliates may collect from you or that you may provide when you use our website and platform.

This Privacy Policy also describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. Use of the platform is governed by this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. By accessing or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

As you navigate and interact with the platform, we may use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and similar technologies to collect traffic data, browsing patterns, IP address, operating system, browser type, language, date and time of access, and referring URL information. V. Options About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us.

Tracking Technologies and Advertising: You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, some parts of our platform may become inaccessible or may not function properly.

Do Not Track: We do not currently respond to generic "do not track" browser signals.

VI. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to reasonably secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

If you have been given a password or created one that enables access to certain parts of the platform, you are responsible for keeping that password confidential. We ask you not to share it with anyone.

Unfortunately, no transmission of information over the internet is completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to our platform, and any transmission is at your own risk.

When you use our platform, there is also a risk that PHI may be stored unencrypted on your mobile device. We use technical safeguards to reduce that risk, but we cannot guarantee those safeguards will always work.

Our platform may contain links or references to third-party websites outside our control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party websites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies and terms of service of any linked or referenced sites you enter.

Vitara does not control and is not responsible for what third parties do in connection with their websites or how they handle your personal information.

VIII. No Services to Persons Under the Age of 18

Vitara does not knowingly provide services to minors under 18.

IX. California Resident Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of California, the California Consumer Privacy Act may provide you with additional rights regarding certain personal information. Those rights do not apply to all data we collect, use, or disclose. For example, PHI governed by HIPAA and certain medical information governed by other laws may be excluded.

In the last twelve months, we may have collected categories of personal information including identifiers, protected classification information, internet or network activity, geolocation data, professional or employment-related information, audio or electronic information from customer care interactions, and inferences drawn from those categories.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights such as:

Right to Know: Request details about the personal information we have collected, used, or disclosed.
Right to Deletion: Request deletion of personal information we collect about you, subject to applicable exceptions.
Right to Opt Out of Sale: Request that we do not sell your personal information, as broadly defined under applicable law.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We do not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
